I recently completed my third year of a Ph.D. program in Philosophy at UCSD.  I graduated from George Washington University in 2006 with a B.S. in an interdisciplinary major titled Cognitive Neuroscience and Philosophy.  I am primarily interested in ethical theory.  I am an instructor for the Muir College Writing Program.  In addition to all the philosophy-related stuff, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Sarah, and my friends and family.  I also enjoy playing chess, running, watching movies, and eating Indian food.  See my research page for more information on my academic interests.
